|1 can of tinned lychees
Soft mature blue cheese.
1 pack of streaky bacon
Toothpicks or skewers. Bamboo toothpicks won't get burnt in the fire.
- Stuff the blue cheese in the lychees.
- Wrap the bacon around the lychees.
- Use a toothpick to keep the bacon in place.
- Put the lychees on the grill and braai until bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
