We’re ending the CG Fit Club season with a BANG!
Join us for an energising 45-minute Bootcamp, featuring 3 action-packed zones in the undercover parking area outside Entrance 6 at CapeGate Shopping Centre. After that, you’ll have 30 minutes to make your way to Virgin Active CapeGate for a refreshing 45-minute Aqua Fitness session in the pool - and every participant will receive a Kauai smoothie voucher to enjoy after the event!
We’ve teamed up with Virgin Active and Kauai to bring you the ultimate workout experience to close off the season strong.
Please note: Appropriate swimwear and a swimming cap are compulsory for the Aqua Fitness session.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- 45-minute Bootcamp in the undercover parking area outside Entrance 6 at CapeGate Shopping Centre
- 45-minute Aqua Fitness session in the pool at Virgin Active CapeGate (across the road)
Free Smoothies: Every participant receives a Kauai smoothie voucher to enjoy after the event.
