We’re kicking things off with a powerful Kick class, followed by a relaxing Stretch session.
So, lace up your kicks, grab your sweat towel, and get ready to move! We’ll have a few mats available for stretching, but we recommend bringing your own to stay comfortable.
Join us as we team up with Virgin Active and Kauai to bring you the ultimate workout vibe.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Workout Sessions: Kick things off with a 45-minute Kick class, then unwind with a 45-minute Stretch session.
- Entertainment: High-energy music to keep you moving, motivated, and having fun.
- Free Smoothies: Each attendee will receive a free smoothie voucher from Kauai to enjoy after the event!
