DISABLED FACILITIES

Designated parking bays are located at the main entrance to ensure easy access to people with limited mobility.

Wheelchairs are available from the Centre Management office, on the ground level at entrance 8, or at the Capegate Information Desk located in the Edgars court. There is no charge, but visitors are required to present proof of ID (driver's license or ID documents/card) to make use of this service.

A limited number of mobility scooters are also available from Centre Management. These include a shopping trolley affixed to a scooter. This service is complimentary although requires an indemnity to be signed.

Please note that there are a number of elevators situated inside Capegate which can all accommodate wheelchairs.  Please ask any member of staff to point you to the nearest one.
