To check your Gift Card balance, you can choose from the below options:
1. Log onto www.whatsonmycard.com
2. Call the Paymentology support line on 0861 114 093 and select Account Balance (option 1)*
3. SMS your Gift Card number (no spaces) to 34246*

You are able to purchase a Gift Card at the Capegate Information Desk, located on the upper level in the Edgars court, or at the Centre Management Reception Desk, located at Entrance 8.
When purchasing a Capegate Gift Card, you will need to provide proof of identification.
Capegate will not disclose this information to any organisation or individuals unless it is FICA required.
Your Gift Card will expire after three years of purchasing date.
Please contact the Capegate Shopping Centre Reception Desk to report a missing or stolen Gift Card.
